Now let's compare dgn Herbalife Lose Weight Programme Meal Plan. Okla basically this is how I lost 8 kg last time (^-~)v:
Breakfast => Shake and Tea Mix (120 - 250kcal depends on how I prepare the shake)
Lunch => Nasi putih (260kcal) + Ayam Goreng (255kcal) + Kerabu Mangga (105kcal)
Dinner => Shake and Tea Mix (120 - 250kcal depends on how I prepare the shake)
So total up = 860 up to 1120kcal
Makanya lemak badan akan digunakan untuk memenuhi keperluan seharian and secara tidak langsung you'll start losing weight..btw ms lunch tu jgn plak mkn dgn niat nk qada balik breakfast td...mkn seperti biasa cumenye kalo boleh kurangkan nasi dan bykkan lauk kurang minyak and sayur2an :)
