ulasan: GEMUK itu subjektif! ade yang lebih 2kg da rase gemuk...ade yg da lebih 20kg tapi masih belum ada kesedaran...so senang cerita saye cari yang very determine utk kurus...x kesah la kalo setakat nk turunkan sekilo dua skalipon (^-~)v
